Certificate expired

I'm running XAMPP on my laptop, and I was planning using the SSL certificate to test a couple of things. I found a small tutorial online somewhere where it uses the certificate that came with the installation of xampp (xampp\apache\conf\ssl.crt\server.crt).

However, when I view the certificate it says that it expired on November 9th 2019 (so just over two weeks ago). I downloaded a zip-version of the latest XAMPP for Windows, but the certificate in that still has this expiration-date. When I go to the https-url my browser also warns me that the certificate is expired.

Does anybody know if this will be renewed sometime soon? So we can install the new certificates?
