Our web application is not opening in IE, Edge for some spec

we are facing an issue with certain users who are members of multiple ( ~50+ ) AD groups. These users are getting blank page in IE and Edge, and 400 Error in Chrome after Kerberos authentication. I have modified the httpd.conf file with the following :
LimitRequestFieldSize 163840
LimitRequestLine 163840

Still the issue persists.
