SSL Certificate on Apache 2.4

I have SSL certificate with the extension (.pfx).
I have Apache 2.4 installed on Windows 2012 R2.

I need to configure the SSL Certificate on Apache (Windows Based).

How is that issue related to XAMPP?

My mistake its XAMPP not Apache 2.4.

.pfx is the wrong SSL format for Apache (.pfx is meant for Microsoft IIS).

Either ask your SSL Provider to send you appropriate Apache SSL keyfiles for your Server, or follow the digicert advice for converting *.pfx into Apache SSL keyfiles (and finally install them): https://knowledge.digicert.com/solution/SO15668.html
