redirect 80 to 8080 port

Pls help me to setup in Xampserver when I type http://domain.com, my Apache Server will to redirect http://domain.com:8080

Obviously you configured Apache to do so. That is not standard Xampp. Dont you remember your own configuration? I have no clue what did, its all on yourself.
