Error 403 ¡Forbidden Access!

I have a problem with Xampp, the page give me the netx error, can you help me please, I donwloaded the last version (3.2.4)

Estoy ejecutando mi proyecto hecho en PHP desde Netbeans 8.0 la URL en el navegador es: http://localhost/Reclamaciones_CGV/index.php.
Xampp esta instalado en C:\xampp\htdocs donde se encuentra mi proyecto, cuando compilo el index carga sin problema, pero cuando intento iniciar sesión sobre mi aplicación me aparece el mensaje relacionado anteriormente.

El error 403 significa que la carpeta probablemente no existe. Si llama a http://localhost/Reclamaciones_CGV/index.php en su navegador, debe haber creado la carpeta Reclamaciones_CGV en C:/Xampp/htdocs. Aparentemente esta carpeta ha desaparecido o está en otra parte.
