What do I need to do, to get XAMPP working on m W10 PC?

I originally installed Xampp some years ago on my XP PC
Then later onto my W7 PC, into its own partition.

Now, I've rebuilt my PC, using W10,
and I've installed the drive from my W7 PC,
which still has Xampp installed in its own partition,
and it's current path is: H:\xampp\htdocs

file: H:\xampp\readme_en.txt
says that the version installed there, is: ApacheFriends XAMPP Version 1.8.3

So, as its been some time since I last installed or used XAMPP, and
I don't want to loose any of my current work, that is currently located in folders, at: H:\xampp\htdocs

Q: What do I need to do, to get XAMPP working on this W10 PC ?

Many thanks.

Move your entire xampp folder to your windows 10 PC, execute the setup_xampp.bat file once to update the paths and you are done.

Many thanks for your reply.
My entire xampp folder is on my W10 PC...

As I said above...
Now, I've rebuilt my PC, using W10,
and I've installed the drive from my W7 PC,
which still has Xampp installed in its own partition,
and it's current path is: H:\xampp\htdocs

So I don't need to reinstall xampp ?
But just double-click file: the setup_xampp.bat
at: H:\xampp

Many thanks.

Correct. The setup_xampp.bat script needs to get started with your user account rights, so double clicking is the right way.
