Site doesn't update dynamically

When I work in my local environment, my sites are not updated dynamically and I cannot see the changes in real time, having to restart the server many times for this to happen, I even have to close the browser.
Does anyone else have this problem?
Is it due to a configuration problem?
It has a solution?

I would appreciate any comment on this as this situation represents a great waste of time at work.
