Shortcuts not being created during installation

after installing XAMPP i noticed that the usual shortcuts were not created. It does not show up in the 'All Apps' list. I am wondering if this is a bug? I was able to go into the directory and create the shortcuts I want, but it should show up in 'All Apps' too.

installation completed xampp runing but not show start menu. xampp control panel close than not show my system. I am using windows 7 32bit.

Xampp does not run on 32bit Windows. There is only 64bit Xampp.
