Hallo there,

on a winXPpro Sp2 machine, I had xampp working fine.
I don't remember what I installed, but after a certain point xampp stopped working: I was opening it through "xampp basic start" and the first page was opening, but after that all pages where blank.

I uninstalled it, downloaded the latest version, and installed it in the default directory.

Now, when I try to run xampp_start.exe I get the following error. Do you have any ideas?
