Apache shutdown unexpectedly

Im using Xamp 3.2.3, but i have a problem with Apache, sometimes shutdown unexpectedly the service, and i need to start the service again. im review a solution about change the port, im apply this solution and doesnt works.
But im have a doubt, im run 2 web aplication in XAMPP, may be this the reason because Xammp doesnt works well.
Please Help me.
