Hello Everyone,

I updated my PC to the latest major update 1903, Now Xampp is responding properly. There is an ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED error, before the major update, everything was working fine. I reinstalled Xampp, nothing seems to work.

I saw several threads regarding this but, nothing worked.

Did anyone had the same issue and somehow managed to fix it? If so please help me out.
