Apache not running after windows update 1903

Yesterday there was this big function update for windows 10, named 1903. Localhost url not working.
Afterwards Apache is not running. When entering Xampp control V3.2.2 and doing a start, it starts then goes down(error Apache shutdown Unexpectedly).
I did some screen-dumps but I don't know how to attach them here.

More important than screen dumps would be the Log files contents of your Apache error.log and the response of your apache_start.bat script.

You cannot attach images here. If you want to add an image you had to upload it to any of the image file holsters and include it by BbCode.

It probably re-installed and restarted IIS. They like to do that...
