Fatal error: Interface 'PhpMyAdmin\Dbi\DbiExtension' not fou

sorry if im not incorrect category, first time here
i cant access MSQL phpmyadmin from Xampp, this is the error message i have:
Fatal error: Interface 'PhpMyAdmin\Dbi\DbiExtension' not found in C:\xampp\phpMyAdmin\libraries\classes\Dbi\DbiMysqli.php on line 51
i used google search but have found nothing, is this a known thing? Did anyone face the same? how do I fix that?
