XAMPP v3.2.2

When I try and start Apache i get the following error:

11:09:00 AM [Apache] improper privileges, a crash, or a shutdown by another method.
11:09:00 AM [Apache] Press the Logs button to view error logs and check
11:09:00 AM [Apache] the Windows Event Viewer for more clues
11:09:00 AM [Apache] If you need more help, copy and post this
11:09:00 AM [Apache] entire log window on the forums

Can I use a different port for Apache? And if so which port do you recomend?

Or if this is not port related what would the issue be?

The question is: Which program already uses this port.
In most cases it is the better option to change that program.
