Error: Apache shutdown unexpectedly.

Peace,
I have installed bitnami-wamp then uninstalled it and installed xampp (default path) instead. Upon starting xampp it doesn't want to start giving the following error message:

1:18:49 PM [Apache] Error: Apache shutdown unexpectedly.
1:18:49 PM [Apache] This may be due to a blocked port, missing dependencies,
1:18:49 PM [Apache] improper privileges, a crash, or a shutdown by another method.
1:18:49 PM [Apache] Press the Logs button to view error logs and check
1:18:49 PM [Apache] the Windows Event Viewer for more clues
1:18:49 PM [Apache] If you need more help, copy and post this
1:18:49 PM [Apache] entire log window on the forums

I have used more than an http port with no luck.
Upon checking the error logs, I found error files don't exist.
This happened on both my laptop and desktop (both are Windows 10 with latest updates).
I'm not the "Administrator" but a user with administrative privileges.
I've googled a lot seeking a solution with no luck. A couple of days ago, I have posted a ticket and had been redirected to another thread where I couldn't find a solution to my problem!
Your support is highly appreciated.

UPDATE:

Trying to resolve the problem, I've run the management console as Administrator and ticked the red (X) service icon and it has turned to green (Correct) icon, after that the error message (shown in the screenshot above) didn't appear, but the console hanged on the message "Attempting to start Apache service..." as shown in the screenshot below, but never starts!

Peace to be upon you all,
This issue is resolved by chance :D
From the date this post was posted to a couple of days my XAMPP was down on both my laptop and desktop. Couple of days ago and by chance, I had a look at the configuration file of Apache (httpd.conf) and I surprised that the port is still 80!! Although I've changed it more than one time from the XAMPP admin tool, it wasn't really changed as the confirmation message says! It was fake, the http port used is still the default one "80"!! However, I changed it in the file, saved the file and guess what? Apache is up and running with no problem!!!
Thanks to Allah the most merciful, and I hope this post to help all those people who encountered this problem like me.

By xampp admin tool you mean the xampp control panel?
Well, then you did not read the information given on the configuration page.
We don't provide any support via personal channels like PM, email, Skype, TeamViewer!

It's like porn for programmers 8)
