IP changing to localhost when accessing from a mobile

My xampp version is 3.2.2 using windows 10. I have created a site under htdocs in xampp. FIrewall rules are set to allow apache. When entering the IP address of my PC through another mobile device on the same LAN network, the ip address gets changed to localhost and I get an error err_connection_refused. For example if on my mobile device I enter http://192.168.x.x/my_site it automatically changes it to localhost/mysite. Please help
