Error Message on XAMPP v3.2.3

I got the error on start Apache on XAMPP v3.2.3.
Initially, it was showing that Port 80 in use by “Unable to open process” with PID 4!. I uninstalled all SQL server and then the error message below as came up when I restarted my machine. Can somebody advise me on what to do please?
