Cannot Run Setup_xampp.bat

Hello all,

I am having problems running setup_xampp.bat. It throws an error saying:

Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in I:\xampp\install\install.php on line 311

...with the same error then being generated for lines 312 and 313.

My php version is 7.2.10 running under Windows 10 (latest build).

Would anybody be kind enough to help me solve this?
