Xampp 7.3.3 missing apache/bin/curl-ca-bundle.crt

I note that
xampp-windows-x64-7.3.3-0-VC15.7z
is missing the certificates.
This caused me a curl problem.

Is this deliberate?

Hi @torvista,

Thanks for the info. As a workaround, you can download the latest CA certificates from the curl website using the link below, rename the "cacert.pem" downloaded file to "curl-ca-bundle.crt" and move it to the "apache/bin" folder inside the XAMPP installation directory.

We will release a new XAMPP revision to include this missing file.
