Every new version delete table access

every time i install (via extract ZIP) a new version ov XAMPP for windows 64 the tableles in the database a destroyed in that form that these can not more connectet.
at moment i have delete 2 fracments (off 3) and have create the tables new.
?
last version of xampp Windows 7.1.26
Exist a way to reintegrate these tables?
