Apache Friends Support Forum

I am running XAMPP 7.3.2-1 on Windows 7. I just uninstalled and reinstalled XAMPP to upgrade to the latest version. Now, when I start either of the modules I have, Apache or MySQL, both get stuck at "Attempting to start X app...". I tried the solutions I could find online but they did not help. Port 80 is currently not in use, and since both modules won't start, that doesn't seem to be it. Another potential solution was to delete the Apache/MySQL services and then restart XAMPP, however, neither of those services exist on my machine. That might be what the issue is and I'm not sure how to solve that. If not, I don't know what the issue could be. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
