Any Installers available for hire?

I have a Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise, Service Pack 1 and wish to install XAMPP for Wordpress on this server. The server is behind a firewall of which I have access. Are there any Australian based technicians who are available for hire to do the install and configuration required so that Wordpress can be installed please. Many thanks.

Xampp comes with an executable installer, simply download it, execute it and you are done. Xampp comes fully preconfigured to run out of the box, after installation you immediately can put your wordpress files into htdocs folder and start your wordpress installation.

Am still looking for an installer. Am happy to pay the equivalent of US$250 to install XAMPP and then to install Wordpress as a fresh install. Payment would be made in AU$ (Australian) currency.
