Error Multiple primary key defined

Could someone please give me advise. Started using xampp. with my installation of joomla I get the following error during installation:

Error
Multiple primary key defined
Table '#__action_logs' already exists
You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MariaDB server version for the right syntax to use near ' DROP TABLE IF EXISTS `#__action_logs`' at line 1

I am quite new to xampp. I have windows 10 on my pc.
