Problems with the Windows version of XAMPP, questions, comments, and anything related.

So I've been using Xampp for the past few months without problem but then today when i tried to open the control panel it shows that it opens up in the task bar but then i can't get the actual window to pop up. I've restarted my computer multiple times to try and resolve the issue but it still won't pop up. Does anyone have any idea what would be causing this?
Thanks,
Alex

There are reports about very very slow starting control panels because of security software
Sometimes the control panel starts minimized in system tray
You could also try to reset your windows design scheme to something default.

So i tried to uninstall Xampp so i could reinstall it fresh and see if it will work but when i run the uninstaller it just freezes. Can i just delete the Xampp folder and ten install a new version?
