unpacking problewm with xampp

I've been trying to download the xampp package but I get an error message about the same time it is done saying there was an error when unpacking. How can I resolve this or am I doing something wrong? When I look in the xampp folder the apache server, mysqo and php files are there but no start file.

Have I posted this in the wrong place or am I not stating my problem correctly? I haven't seemed to have found anyone that might know what the problem is.

Sounds like download was incomplete. Sometimes blame antivirus or download manager. Delete and redownload.

Thanks I have tried several time but seem to keep getting the same error. Not sure whats happening.

Tried what? Disable AV? Maybe try different package (exe, zip) or try from different computer?
