Can't install quick start package

Windows 10 pro,
XAMPP 7.2.11
Hi I try now already a couple of days to install a quick start package of Joomlart (JA-Megastore). And have tried several Xampp packages.
After about a minute the install looks like in a chain, not go on.
What can I do?
