Apache Friends Support Forum

I have two folders like c:/sites-backup/site-one and c:/sites-backup/site-two and the sql files with the databases for these sites. I would need to make them accessible to a different person over the Internet and also I dont have a static IP.

a) Is this a doable thing
b) How this can be done? I mean what exact tools would I need to use for the best possible solution on a Windows 10 PC
