APACHE and MySQL not starting

APACHE and MySQL is not starting and if started it gets stopped itself within seconds.

This is the error I'm getting on logs on APACHE:

[Mon Sep 17 12:06:35.573173 2018] [ssl:warn] [pid 85732:tid 748] AH01909: www.example.com:443:0 server certificate does NOT include an ID which matches the server name

This is the error I'm getting on MySQL Logs:

This is the error I'm getting on logs on APACHE:

That is no error, only a warning. This is normal behavior. You had not configured HTTPS certificate. But that does not prevent Apache from starting properly.

This is the error I'm getting on MySQL Logs:

This lines tell me that MariaDB IS started, at least it was at 2018-09-17 12:06:35

What could be the solution???

There is no solution for something working?
