PHP won't start

Postby Provolone2 » 26. August 2018 01:34

I downloaded the XAMPP package for windows and installed normally.
My web is located in the htdocs folder. I have many pages with php scripts and no one runs.
Despite of this if I'm going to the dashborad page and click on PHPinfo it works.
Can you help me to avoid this problem?
Thank you in advance

What does that mean no one runs?
You have to describe much much more in detail what you are doing, how it should look like and what happens instead.

Obviously php is working correctly, otherwise the dashboard page would not work. So the issue must be inside your programming.

And what is meant by that? What exactly is happening, what exactly do you enter into your browser, what exactly does your browser show up?

I did many pages in php that are working well in an external server.
All of them are in a folder Called MYWEB into the htdocs folder and when I try to open a simple hello world in PHP nothing happens.
Today something new happens, it is impossible to run the SQL service and having a look to the mysql_ero.log the following is written:
2018-08-27 17:59:43 3892 [Note] InnoDB: Percona XtraDB (http://www.percona.com) 5.6.39-83.1 started; log sequence number 2099307
2018-08-27 17:59:43 1088 [Note] InnoDB: Dumping buffer pool(s) not yet started
Cannot find checkpoint record at LSN (1,0x20b7)

2018-08-27 17:59:43 3892 [ERROR] mysqld.exe: Aria recovery failed. Please run aria_chk -r on all Aria tables and delete all aria_log.######## files
2018-08-27 17:59:43 3892 [ERROR] Plugin 'Aria' init function returned error.
2018-08-27 17:59:43 3892 [ERROR] Plugin 'Aria' registration as a STORAGE ENGINE failed.
2018-08-27 17:59:43 3892 [Note] Plugin 'FEEDBACK' is disabled.
2018-08-27 17:59:43 3892 [ERROR] Aria engine is not enabled or did not start. The Aria engine must be enabled to continue as mysqld was configured with --with-aria-tmp-tables
2018-08-27 17:59:43 3892 [ERROR] Aborting
As I understand some type of plugin called Aria (that I never installed) is the problem.
Should I uninstall XAMMP and star again to avoid missinstallation?

Thank you in advance

Sorry, I misunderstood you.
Let´s say I made a “hello world” php page. I loaded in the same folder where phpinfo runs and nothing happens.
I’m not a well English speaker. If this is not the information you required please give me some example to complete inform you.
Thank you in advance

How do you open your php files?
Do you enter something into your browser?
Do you doubleclick the file?
Do you use the open with dialogue of windows?

Simply tell us exactly step by step what you are doing.
