How to reduce the load time of MediaWiki after idle time?

I use XAMPP 3.2.2, Windows 10 and mediawiki 1.31.0. My wiki is only used by me. Sometimes I would not ues my wiki several hours, And after that it takes it 10 to 30 seconds to load the page. And after that fist visit of my wiki, load time of other page is less than 1 second. Are there any simple method like changing some configuration files to improve it?

Maybe (i definitalely do not KNOW, its only a CLUE) mediawiki puts some cache files somewhere, which are loaded in some cases instead of rendering a new page. And maybe these cache files are deleted either by mediawiki himself, or by any cleaning tool or whatever, if there is a longer break.
Dont know, but its the only option that comes to my mind.
