Troubleshooting customer issue

hi guys,

I have a issue with a apache that a customer installed on a cloud server that i provide they use this server for web services. they have xampp installed but i see that they running the apache service at the OS lvl and not on the xampp as it should be, could this generate any errors for their website?

XAMPPs Apache does not work different than any other Apache installation on Windows.
