HELP!!Cannot change upload_max_filesize in php.ini

I have been trying to upload the zip DIVI theme in wordpress using XAMPP and I receive this message "El archivo subido excede la directiva upload_max_filesize en php.ini" in spanish, which means the file exceeds the upload maz file size in php.ini. I`ve gone to http://localhost/xampp/phpinfo.php, and there it gives me this error

I´ve been to the PHP files of XAMPP and cannot find php.ini

Of course, that is wrong. Simply http://localhost/phpinfo.php (or enter http://localhost, see the dashboard and see the menu in the top, you can click on phpinfo).
