1. We got this warning after installation.
"WARNING: Your install directory contains spaces. This may break programs/scripts" How do we fix this?

2. There are 3 exe files with this program. Which one do we run as administrator?

You are not running with administrator rights! This will work for
most application stuff but whenever you do something with services
there will be a security dialogue or things will break! So think
about running this application with administrator rights!

1. Use a path without spaces, recommendation would be the default C:\xampp\

2. the xampp-control.exe
We don't provide any support via personal channels like PM, email, Skype, TeamViewer!

It's like porn for programmers 8)

Re: "Use a path without spaces, recommendation would be the default C:\xampp\"

That recommendation, coupled with the warning (paraphrasing) "Avoid installing to C:\Program Files\..." that appears during installation, would seem to imply that any other path not including spaces should be ok (e.g. "C:\MyProgramFiles\xampp"). However, specifying a path like that caused my installation to fail with a couple of error dialogs, one of which said something like "Couldn't find -n". I uninstalled, then used the recommended path and it was fine. Is it actually the case that "C:\xampp" is the ONLY install path that will succeed ? Thanks
