As title says, I've been trying to get Xampp working with Hamachi because I'm lazy and can't be bothered portforwarding and for some reason despite changing hostname etc, in the settings for some reason it doesn't work when connecting with the IP Hamachi provides.

Can other users on the network ping you, and does it say "Listen 80" in your httpd.conf ?

And, since you are on a VPN, Apache will not work outside the VPN network, unless you do some extra configuration.

I didn't do the ping test. The way I test if it's working is that I visit it manually by going on the browser with HamachiIP/index.php
My config does say Listen 80 but I did HamachiIP 80 but to no avail. I'm not planning for others to connect to the site outside of the VPN so that isn't really needed.

But still, others can't connect I guess. You should ask Hamachi if they allow port 80. Could be they block it. If you and your fellow users are all on the same subnet, your Xampp should work in it.
