I got into trouble by changing Language WordPress, and raised my problem in the WordPress forum. They offer me the first step to control the level of access to WordPress files and make sure that WordPress has full access to databases and files, and in the next step, I will refresh the database.
it might be possible your site is not saving properly. For this you have to refresh your db privileges and rest file permission as well.
Please guide me in this regard?How can I do these two?
I use WordPress 4.9.6, Xampp 3.2.2 and Windows 8.1 64-bit
