Error: Apache shutdown unexpectedly.

I am using Windows 10 pro. 64 bits after I downloaded the app Xampp and run it shows the following message.
When I started Apache the following error message occurred.
11:53:06 AM [Apache] Error: Apache shutdown unexpectedly.
11:53:06 AM [Apache] This may be due to a blocked port, missing dependencies,
11:53:06 AM [Apache] improper privileges, a crash, or a shutdown by another method.
11:53:06 AM [Apache] Press the Logs button to view error logs and check
11:53:06 AM [Apache] the Windows Event Viewer for more clues
11:53:06 AM [Apache] If you need more help, copy and post this
11:53:06 AM [Apache] entire log window on the forums

similarily when I start MySQL the same error occurred .

then i uninstaled the entire program then reinstaled it and again this message occured.

I have not mentioned that I want support by the above mentioned channels. But now I had managed to solve this issue. But now I cant access the localhost neither by the url mentioned in the windows Q/A http://127.0.0.1

Thanks for yr interest in my issue.

Now when I try to access dashboard from localhost I cant access dashboard but the welcome page of the xampp opens.

What is the "welcome page of the xampp"?
The dashboard is the default "welcome screen" in recent XAMPP versions.

I think I am not using the right terminology for the page which my browser is opening. As here I cant attach the screenshot of the screen which pop ups when I type localhost in the web browser. So I am just copying the text of the page and paste it here hope u will get what I mean . This is not the dashboard of XAMPP.
