I can't seem to get my XAMPP running. It won't let me past the Apache start up. I receive this error message each time.


4:12:18 PM [Apache] Attempting to start Apache app...
4:12:19 PM [Apache] Status change detected: running
4:12:19 PM [Apache] Status change detected: stopped
4:12:19 PM [Apache] Error: Apache shutdown unexpectedly.
4:12:19 PM [Apache] This may be due to a blocked port, missing dependencies,
4:12:19 PM [Apache] improper privileges, a crash, or a shutdown by another method.
4:12:19 PM [Apache] Press the Logs button to view error logs and check
4:12:20 PM [Apache] the Windows Event Viewer for more clues
4:12:20 PM [Apache] If you need more help, copy and post this
4:12:20 PM [Apache] entire log window on the forums

There is a sticky topic at the top of the topics page with the title "Apache won't start": viewtopic.php?f=16&t=69784. It is a tutorial. Please read that and if need be, explain why that tutorial does not apply to you.
