Problems with phpmyadmin and mysql

For a few days when I try to access phpMyAdmin returns this error:

Instead MySQL returns this error:

Looks like you have another program running with port 3306... Check with Netstat on the XAMP control panel...

Port 3306 already used - that usually means, that you already have a MySQL server running. Find out with taskmanager or similar.
