handling a #1524 error?

Hi there,
I´m using MySQL Database on Windows 7 and after many successful logins to my database through phpMyAdmin i suddenly run across: #1524 - Plugin 'Y' is not loaded or more specifically: mysqli_real_connect(): (HY000/1524): Plugin 'Y' is not loaded. I´m not conversant in configuring database server, so if anybody knows, how to handle this error, thanks in advance for the hints. Michael
