XAMPP error when restarting service

I have an issue with XAMPP. I installed a new SSL certificate on the server and tried to restart the XAMPP but shows an error that theres a conflict between the certificate and the private key. I can't find the error.
Edit 01: Found that the issue is that we have a certificate that does not match with the private key. But how is it possible that the certificate has been completed without matching the private key?
