Looking to access xampp website from another pc on the same network and from the internet. I have seen posts to modify the location match section in the xampp.conf file, but location match does not appear in that file?

What is your problem? You dont need a solution as long as there no problem. The location match thing is outdated and only valid for PhpMyAdmin access. But simply accessing Xampp (i.e. your own files and scripts) does not require any special requisites.
