I would like Both local and remote access to my xamp server

Sorry, I posted this in the wrong windows forum. I have Xampp 3.2.2 on windows 10

inless I edit the MySQL file for word press, I can only access my wbsite locally or remotely. I would like to have the ability to do both with out having to reconfigure the xampp server each time. if someone has a tutorial or solution It would help greatly.
