How can I configure WAMP in a parallels virtual machine to work with a mobile device and also see the localhost on the native system OS X.
Parallels desktop WAMP has the IP http://10.211.55.6/ of class A.

WAMP is not XAMPP, you are in the wrong forum here. This is the "Xampp for Windows" Forum.
