mbstring is missing on xampp version 7.2.2 !!

i just finish install latest xamp version, everything is fine, XAMPP control panel is good because i can access my project even Phpmyadmin. But after i stop my Apache and MySQL and run again, i got error "mbstring is missing". Is this normal for new version ?
