Site will not come up - XAMPP-Windows

Hey,
Real problem here I cannot figure out.

Came in this morning and tried to boot up XAMPP, got Apache errors which I did not record. We had some power outtages last night which I don't think had any role - but have no idea.

So I thought I would uninstall and reinstall XAMPP.

Went through the whole process:
1 - reinstalled
2 - adjusted my php.ini file
3 - changed my ports to 8081 and 443
4 - Imported my drupal 8 DB. (Imported fine)
5 - Went back to the site
6 - Got this error: The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.

My Apache error log is fine.
My MySQL log says this:
Code: Select all

I'm not really verses in server issues like this.

I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction. XAMPP has worked perfectly for months. Then poof - this morning kaput.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Fixed. Somehow maybe the user got corrupted? I create a new DB user and all works well.
