Sorry, I'm sure this is a well-worn topic.
Apache had been working fine, as part of my XAMPP distribution. Then, it started to complain about port 80 being blocked. I've copied the log, further below. The PID it is complaining about, however, is for netsvcs - and there are no less than 13 spawned processes that share that PID:
How can I tell which is the offending process?
