I dont know what I am doing wrong, I use win 10 tried to install xampp it went ok I thinnk......Later on I tried to install drupal and magento addons in xampp but I got error and it could not be completed...any idea why?

Why do so many people think that the full error message is an unimportant information you can omit?
We cannot debug unknown errors.
