log to Apache from the web

Thanks for your suggestion, if you can help me.
My apache server works great in my local machine, so that my site I'm creating with wordpress grows day by day. I can't see it from the web, pointing to my static IP. Suggestion?
I opened all required ports in my router (8080, 80, 443, 81...) but no answers.
In httpd.conf Apache is listening in 81port, ServerName is localhost:81
Where I'm wrong???
