Please Help! I feel like I've tried everything!

this is what is happening every time I try to run apache! I have deleted skype, I have made sure nothing else is running on the same port, I am running it as the administrator... What am I doing wrong? I need this for my class. please help! thanks in advance!

Hi,

Don't install XAMPP into your users directory.
Install it directly on c:\xampp\
