icon with traffic-light on taskbar

Hello,
Is it possible to have an icon that shows if the server is running OK on the taskbar of windows?

Wampserver uses it and it is very useful to "see" if "something" is not running well...or running at all.

No, XAMPP does not have such running indicating lights.
Feel free to add such an feature to the control panel code and share it with our community
